Member Feedback

"I just love this group. It has blessed my life abundantly and I think any musician or lover of music would enjoy having this rich experience as part of their life. You get to hear great music and then enjoy time with the performers and audience to share thoughts and ideas...and delicious food!! What could be better??"

Why I love TMC

"Though I do not perform as a pianist, I am a member of the piano division, which allows me to hear wonderful monthly concerts followed by fabulous lunches featuring good food and excellent company. In addition, I enjoy the free Tuesday afternoon concerts at Rodef Shalom as well as occasional Sunday recitals. The variety of musical offerings and the professional level of performers keep me coming back for more."

Opportunities to connect

"I was hoping to find a string quartet to play with locally, but I wasn't having much luck. Community orchestras are easy to join, especially for string players. Chamber music is different. You have to know people, and people have to know you. You can simply walk into a rehearsal hall, but to play in someone's living room you have to be invited."

I found my people

"Everyone has their own particular history with music. At TMC, I found my people - a small but very active community of music lovers, who encourage each other to work on their own individual musicianship goals, to play with other members, or simply to meet and enjoy beautiful live music together. It's the most fun I've had since college! "
