We collect the following information from members only:

  • name, address and phone number
  • other contact information including email address
  • demographic information such as postal/zip code, preferences and interests
  • other information relevant to club activities

What we do with the information we gather

We ask for this information to facilitate your participation in our club and provide you with a better member experience, and in particular for the following reasons:
Internal record keeping.

  • A Membership Directory. The online directory below can only be viewed by active members that are logged in. This information can be used to personally contact other members. We ask members to not share or use this information for advertising purposes. You can choose to remove yourself from this directory in the My Account area of the Member Portal.
  • We may use the information to improve our club events and activities.
  • Using the email address which you have provided, we send a monthly newsletter, emails about club events, activities and other information which we think you may find interesting.
  • From time to time, we may also use your information to contact you for other related purposes related to our club. We may contact you by email, phone, fax or mail. We may use the information to customize the website according to your interests.


We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
We do not collect or store financial information. All online payments and donations are processed by Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.
